Simon Nurse Bio 

Simon Nurse is a committed cycle nut, with a passion for cyclo-cross, singlespeeds and beautiful steel frames. With a lengthy background in endurance sports (running, mountain biking and triathlon), these days he prefers to race over the mud and cobbles for Cardiff JIF and 'Here Come The Belgians'. He gave up his company car to cycle commute many moons ago and has a soft spot for tempo rides followed by coffee and cake. Simon loves the vibrancy of the cycle community and has penned articles for both Boneshaker and the Ride Journal. As a word of warning, f you chat to him long enough you'll discover an unhealthy obsession with the three peaks cyclo-cross (pictured) and definitely don't raise the subject of his favourite folding bike. You'll be stuck forever.
