Bicycle mechanic @ Outback Bikes, GA, USA. He's not as intimidating as he looks. 

Whilst away in the USA last month went down to Outback bikes in Little Five Points, Atlanta. Great little store made up of guys who looked more suited to leather jackets and knuckle dusters, instead of high end road bikes.  

Known the less got chatting to their head mechanic Bill Bailey. Didn't say much but my mate took this pic on his iPhone, thought I'd share with you all.
