Bike Radar: Hip Approach to Urban Cycling

Stumbled across this new prototype The Velo Chic by Raymon Hung. Its a collapsible electric city bike designed with women in mind. Its described as clean, practical, and designed for daily urban use. It incorporates an electric power assist system hidden in the seat tube, a shaft drive, integrated bike lights, an integrated bike lock, and detachable storage space. Basically it appears to have everything. My thoughts on the Velo Chic, a nice clean design which looks good and will probably make a great addition for someones living room furniture! I guess time will tell whether this quirky hip design can translate into a practical city commuter. Check out more pictures after break.
