An interesting little piece this. Meet Arnold, the bike created to give Amsterdam’s cycling culture a name. For bike handling capabilities you’d have to give this lengthy monster a meagre 2 out of 10. But for creating interest – check out the reactions of the passers-by – pushing the design envelope and making a newsworthy splash,  it has to be a whopping 10. Little japes like this promote cycle culture in the most efficient manner possible. As with most things in life; it’s better by bike.
